Welcome!

My name is Summer, and all I know about parenting is having two tiny babies. My son was born at 26 weeks in 2010, and I had my daughter at 29 weeks in January 2013. Both babies weighed 2.5 lbs and were just over a foot long at birth. During their 150 days in the NICU, I learned a wealth about preemies and what it takes to be their parent. I hope this blog is a place for you to find and share information, comfort, and reassurance because one of the most beautiful parts of this experience has been sharing the journey of other NICU parents.
